Courtney’s Response  Goldman Sachs is forecasting a 20-24% dip in the market short term and a quick rise of up to 26% by Q3. I think we might see something similar – a short dip and an enthusiastic rebound. Austin real estate has been at record low inventory numbers for quite a while, and the newly released March 2020 data is saying that we are sitting with about 20% fewer homes on the market than we had last year at this time. That usually means prices will to go up – that mirrors my personal experiences, I was in a multiple offer situation with a buyer THIS week and am still getting calls from clients ready to list their homes.

ZOOM and FaceTime also work perfectly for buyer consultations and our Virtual Tour numbers are way up across all listings!
