Just in time for the cold front, here’s a look at fireplace trends in 2021. Today’s looks represent simple elegance that is both beautiful and functional.
#1 – Linear fireplaces built flush with the wall without a mantel at all, creating that seamless look. One of the key advantages of indoor linear fireplaces is that they can be integrated with home automation systems, which makes them incredibly easy to use.
#2 Frameless fireplaces, fit well with minimalist design. They offer a sleeker, less cluttered version of the traditional fireplace, the frameless design pairs perfectly with a bare-bones, no-nonsense aesthetic.
#3 Three-sided corner unit, or ‘peninsula fireplace’, has a clean, modernized look. Of all the trendy fireplace looks in 2021, this style offers the most practical use of space. Architects and designers love it because it can add warmth without sacrificing open space.
