Since the weather is getting chillier and we’re drinking pumpkin spice lattes, I thought it would be a great time to talk about Fall selling strategies.
Selling in the Fall is a fantastic idea because there is typically less seller competition and buyers are usually very serious. However, you have to price and market your property according to the season.
It’s important to price your property at or even slightly below market this time of year in order to grab the attention of serious buyers before the end of the year.
Homes are like sweaters, the longer they are in the store, the cheaper they get. They start out in a prime location at the front, then move to the middle of the store and eventually to the back clearance rack.
In the Fall, you don’t want your property sitting on the market racking up days…prepare your home, price it well and you’ll love the response the you get from serious buyers!

The 2021 United States Grand Prix will take place over 56 laps of the 5.513-kilometre Circuit of The Americas. Practice sessions will take place on Friday, qualifying will take place on Saturday, and the main race will take place on Sunday. A world-class lineup of musicians will perform during the weekend, including Twenty One Pilots (October 22), Billy Joel (October 23), and DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal) and Kool & The Gang (October 24).
