Fannie Mae just released an Economic Growth forecast. Topping the list of concerns for the US economy are global supply constraints, growing inflationary and consumer-spending concerns. Amongst this backdrop, the real estate segment continues to be bright spot. We’re not likely to see quite the same feverish pace of post-pandemic run up…but things still look bullish! This is especially true in the ATX where an influx of new businesses and expansion of existing businesses has made it one of the country’s most robust economies. Â
