In just a short time buyer behavior has changed from borderline reckless to extremely cautious! Austin’s market is still very healthy, just more normalized. Now with time to decide and more options to choose from, buyers are pickier than before! In order for a house to sell it has to be 10 out of 10 – priced right and in great condition.

It’s been an Austin institution for 30 years! This funky Mexican restaurant has is the perfect spot to meet up with friends, listen to live music and enjoy a margarita! I could have inserted any iconic restaurant like El Patio, Fonda San Miguel, Jeffrey’s, Sway, Franklin’s, etc…. close in neighborhoods, near the things that make Austin great will almost always be good for your real estate value!
