According to The Real Deal, Larry McGuire, Austin restauranteur, hotelier, and designer can now add developer to his title. Riverside Resources, Austin-based Development firm, announced on Thursday their collaboration with McGuire on Sixth&Blanco which will include 10 luxury condos, a hotel, a members club, a suite of amenities and 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurants.
