SPRING IN FULL SWING

Spring in Austin always feels like someone turned the volume up on life. The energy is contagious, the calendar fills quickly, and the real estate market comes alive with people ready to make meaningful moves.

This season is always one of our busiest—and most exciting. More buyers and sellers are stepping into the market, decisions feel more intentional, and opportunities seem to bloom right alongside the bluebonnets. Helping clients navigate those big moments is truly one of the greatest privileges of my work.

But spring here isn’t just about real estate, it’s about community, culture, and the spaces that make Austin feel like home.

Celebrating at the Umlauf Sculpture Garden’s Garden Party this week was a beautiful reminder of that. Being surrounded by art, nature, and people who care deeply about preserving both made me pause and feel incredibly grateful for this city we all share.

Serving on the board of the Travis County Parks Foundation continues to be one of the great honors of my life. Earlier this week, I had the chance to be on TV promoting the For the Love of Parks event, and it reinforced something I believe deeply: our parks and green spaces are part of what makes Austin rich—not just in beauty, but in spirit.

There is so much good happening in the world right now. Thank you for letting me be part of your journey and your biggest moves.
