Spring is my favorite time of the year in Texas! The sun is out, temperatures are mild and the roads are lined with beautiful wildflowers. Just like the bluebonnets, this is the time of year when our real estate market starts to show its color. This year has been no exception…we’re already seeing the hallmarks of spring including more listings, multiple offers and over-list prices!
