One of the best parts of my job is seeing how differently real estate impacts people’s lives. Yesterday, a client went under contract on her very first home—a huge milestone and the start of building her own equity. Congratulations Ariel!!
When I spoke with the listing agent, he told me the story of the sellers, which happen to be his family. His father-in-law, a real estate appraiser, taught his daughter how to invest from a young age. Together, this father-daughter team built a portfolio of 45 rental properties in Austin. Over the past few years, they’ve sold most of them, and now—at just 43 years old—she’s retired!
