Today there are now 14,563 active listings on the market with an average current list price of $776,574 ($502,900 median). Homes with a current list priced above one million account for 2,280 of active listings (15.7%). The greatest majority of the luxury market is homes priced between 1 to 1.9 million (1,534 homes), dropping as the sequential price categories increase.
Units Sold: 3,081 down 0.19% from July 2023
