I am incredibly proud to be recognized again as a Platinum Top 50 finalist. I don’t do what I do for awards or recognition, but it is truly a distinct honor to be amongst this exceptional group recognized not only for performance and professionalism, but for service to our amazing community.

This is an important moment to highlight the charities I am deeply committed to, including Rodeo Austin – specifically the Youth Auction supporting 4-H & FFA kids across Texas – as well as the Travis County Parks Foundation, which works to preserve land and create meaningful spaces we are proud to call home.

Oldham Family Traditions

When Courtney was growing up as the oldest of four kids, her family hosted an all-day holiday cookie exchange. Friends and neighbors came and went throughout the day, creating a warm tradition centered on connection and community.

Today, we’re grateful to continue a version of that tradition with our clients and friends, hosted by Alison Schickel and her family, who began their cookie exchange over 20 years ago. This isn’t just any exchange – it’s a true competition, with prizes for the most beautiful and best overall cookies.

This year, Courtney and Rylee entered their sugar cookies, The Frost Collection, and proudly won Most Beautiful Cookie. We hope this holiday season finds you celebrating and honoring the traditions that matter most.
