2020, One for the Record Books.

Even a global pandemic couldn’t put the breaks on Austin’s residential market. 🏠 We were already moving at a brisk pace when Covid-19 rocked the world. Then the pandemic gave people the green light 🚦 to work from just about anywhere, and we saw a wave 🌊 of people from the east and west coasts move to Texas for a more affordable cost of living. Now we’re seeing a second wave, 🌊 many investors who may not be able to move here today, but believe they will be here in the next 1-2 years. With each passing month our price points increase dramatically. 🚀

Additionally, the announcement of so many major technology 💻 and healthcare 💊 companies making plans for Texas has droves of their employees and ancillary businesses following suite. The Apple Campus, Tesla Giga Factory, The Boring Company and very likely Tesla’s battery ⚡ plant have all paved the way for others to relocate their businesses to Austin.
