Today there are now 14,727 active listings on the market with an average current list price of $792,403 ($525k median). Homes with a current list priced above one million account for 2,471 of active listings (16.8%). The greatest majority of the luxury market is homes priced between 1 to 1.9 million (1,625 homes), dropping as the sequential price categories increase.
Units Sold: 2,937 down 17.20% from June 2023 Average Sales
Price: $566,521 down 5.28% from June 2023
Average Days on the Market: 64.27 days up 0.85 days from June 2023
Median Sales Price: $440,000 down 6.38% from 1 year ago
