This data suggests a leveling of the market, reflecting a healthy balance between supply and demand, indicative of sustainable growth and stability.

What We’re Seeing
There is an increased level of both buyer and seller activity. More sellers are listing their homes as we enter the spring market giving buyers more options. These options have lead to more sales. I did an open house last weekend in Gracywoods and had over 17 groups in through which results in a multiple offer situation.
