This is a game changer!
Cosmetic improvements to a home means a higher sale price, but often sellers don’t want to spend the money. Concierge will assist you preparing your home for market by completely funding the cosmetic improvements that will increase the value of your home! We pay for staging, painting, remodeling, cleaning, landscaping and more. At the time of the property’s closing, Compass Concierge will simply invoice you for the services rendered. Easy!
If you’ve been putting off a sale because of the work to get your home ready, I’ve got the answer!

What are going to be the development trends in downtown in the next cycle?
I hope the development trends in the next cycle will continue to value density and mixed use —maybe even more than in the present cycle. This should encourage better transit development, which we sorely need, and would hopefully lead to lower numbers of parking spaces in new buildings downtown. If we could reduce the very high level of investment in parking downtown we would make it a lot more affordable. Lawrence Speck, Page Southerland Page Inc.
