This year’s Austin City Limits Festival truly has something for everyone, from headliners Guns N’ Roses, Mumford & Sons and Childish Gambino to The Cure, Cardi B, Billie Eilish, Tame Impala and Robyn.

The 18th annual throwdown in Austin, Texas’ Zilker Park. The fest marks GNR’s first show in Austin in 25 years, and their first-ever appearance at ACL.

What are going to be the development trends in downtown in the next cycle? 

I hope the development trends in the next cycle will continue to value density and mixed use —maybe even more than in the present cycle. This should encourage better transit development, which we sorely need, and would hopefully lead to lower numbers of parking spaces in new buildings downtown. If we could reduce the very high level of investment in parking downtown we would make it a lot more affordable. Lawrence Speck, Page Southerland Page Inc.
