Fall in Austin is pretty awesome! I was on the lake earlier today…and it was nothing short of spectacular—the golden sunsets, cooler evenings, and the unmistakable buzz of energy across the city. One event that truly highlights what makes Austin so unique is the Austin City Limits (ACL) Festival, and today marks the start of a celebration that has come to define our city not just for locals, but for people across Texas, the U.S., and even the world.
ACL is more than a music festival; it’s a reflection of Austin’s vibrant soul—a blend of culture, art, music, and that wonderfully “weird” charm that everyone falls in love with. To live in a city that embraces creativity, diversity, and community so wholeheartedly is a true honor. And for me, helping people build their lives here through real estate feels especially meaningful during times like these—it’s about connecting people not just with houses, but with the heartbeat of this amazing city.

The Austin City Limits (ACL) Music Festival returns to Zilker Park this fall, spanning two weekends: October 3–5 and October 10–12. The 2025 lineup features headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Hozier, Doja Cat, Luke Combs, The Strokes, John Summit and Doechii.
Additional performers include Cage the Elephant, Empire of the Sun, T-Pain, Djo, Rilo Kiley and Modest Mouse, among others.
Sabrina Pop Up
Pop superstar and ACL Fest headliner Sabrina Carpenter is hosting a special pop-up shop in downtown Austin during both festival weekends. Fans can shop an expanded selection of merchandise at 920 Congress Ave. from Oct. 3–5 and Oct. 10–12. Hours are Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Showgirl Party
Step into The Life of a Showgirl and celebrate Taylor Swift’s newest album with an unforgettable release party. Sip on themed cocktails, dance the night away to a DJ spinning the album alongside Taylor’s greatest hits, and immerse yourself in a night of music, magic, and Swiftie moments.
